Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Studie werden Module eines halbautomatischen Refinement-Werkzeugs vorgestellt, die aufgaben- und bereichsspezifische Charakteristika diagnostischen Urteilens in der Medizin berücksichtigen. Die Module erzeugen kognitiv unterschiedlich adäquate Formulierungsvarianten identischer Bereichsinformationen. Im zweiten Teil werden Ergebnisse einer empirischen Untersuchung der Leistungsfähigkeit von GeRReT berichtet. Nach einem dreifaktoriellen Design (Formulierungsvariante, Syndrom, Fehlerklasse) hatten 26 sachkundige Probanden Fehlerstellen in einer medizinischen Wissensbasis zu orten.
