Abstract
Energy is one of the essential inputs in almost all processes relating to the production of goods and services. Economic growth and industrialization during a major part of the twentieth century has been stimulated by the availability of plentiful supples of cheap fossil fuels. The main problems for energy planners have been energy supply and economy.
