Krebsrisiken im Kopf-Hals-Bereich

Zusammenfassung

Verschiedene Risikofaktoren für die Karzinogenese von Kopf-Hals-Tumoren wurden beschrieben (Übersichten bei Smith 1979, [7, 8, 28, 30, 37, 39, 40]). Im folgenden soll die Frage näher beleuchtet werden, welche Rolle eine schlechte Mundhygiene, ein sanierungsbedürftiger Zahnstatus und ein herausnehmbarer Zahnersatz als Kokarzinogene haben.
