Zusammenfassung
Eine inkomplette Obstruktion des rechten Ausfluß traktes kann durch eine valvuläre Stenose der eigentlichen Pulmonalklappen, eine subvalvuläre in fundibuläre oder subinfundibuläre muskuläre Pulmonalstenose oder durch eine supravalvuläre, zentrale Stenose der Pulmonalarterie oder periphere Stenose ihrer Äste verursacht sein. Die erstmals von G.B. MORGAGNI 1761 beschriebene valvuläre Pul- monalstenose macht etwa 8–12% aller angeborenen Herzfehler aus [1, 9, 25, 72]. Die erstmals von J. ELIOTSON 1830 beschriebene infundibuläre Pulmonalstenose und die supravalvuläre Pulmonalstenose machen jeweils etwa 2–3% aller angeborenen Herzfehler aus [26, 72], Die Stenosen kommen isoliert, miteinander kombiniert, mit einem Vorhofoder Ventrikelseptumdefekt assoziiert oder als Bestandteil komplexer Herz-Gefäß-Fehlbildungen vor.
