Zusammenfassung

Neben der Elektrokardiographic kommt der Rönt genuntersuchung des Thorax eine wesentliche Bedeutung für die Beurteilung der Funktion implantierter Herzschrittmacher zu. Dabei lassen sich Aussagen machen zur Integrität des Schrittmacherelektrodensystems, zur Lage der Elektrode und zum implantierten Impulsgeber, und es können eine Reihe von Komplikationen aufgedeckt und genau definiert werden [13, 21, 22].
