Zusammenfassung
Mit der epiduralen Opiatapplikation gibt es seit 1975 eine neue Methode der Schmerzbekämpfung, die besonders wirkungsvoll in der postoperativen Phase eingesetzt werden kann. Die klinische extradurale Anwendung von Narkotika stellt ein ideales anästhesiologisches Verfahren für die postoperative Analgesie der Patienten dar. Fratta et al. (1980) konnten die Bindung von Ketamin an Opiatrezeptoren nachweisen.
