Abstract
The problem of electroweak radiative corrections in the standard model is considered. Renormalization is discussed by fitting the bare parameters of the Lagrangian in terms of three data points. The p— parameter is considered and its importance for confrontation with experimental data is reviewed, expecially for the case where vector boson masses are input parameters.
