Abstract
I/O Devices like Disk, Display, Communications and others are connected to a microprocessor via I/O adapters. It is possible to connect I/O adapters directly to the Processor bus, as shown in Figure 69. For example, the IBM Personal Computer or low end VAX systems have such a structure.
