Die Entscheidung zum Einsatz eines Standard-Applikations- Systems ist gleichzeitig eine Entscheidung für organisatorischen und technischen Wandel, dessen Erfolg maßgeblich davon abhängt, wie die Auswahl und Einführung als Prozeß der Organisationsentwicklung bewältigt wird13’. Strukturelle Probleme müssen im Vorfeld der Implementierung angegangen werden; sie werden durch die Applikation in der Regel nicht gelöst.
