Zusammenfassung
Die Indikation zur Intensivtherapie nach geburtshilflichen Komplikationen wird nicht nur von der Art, sondern vor allem vom Schweregrad der Erkrankung, aber auch von den Möglichkeiten der Überwachung und Therapie auf der Allgemeinstation bestimmt. Die in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten Erkrankungen und Maßnahmen in der Schwangerschaft erfordern in der Regel eine Intensivüberwachung und -therapie. Die Prinzipien der Behandlung von Präeklampsie und Eklampsie werden an anderer Stelle beschrieben.
