Zusammenfassung

Vor 50 Jahren führten Gross u. Hubbard [5] die erste Ligatur eines persistierenden Ductus arteriosus in Zyklopropananästhesie bei einem 7jährigen Mädchen durch. Heute dagegen überwiegen sehr unreife Frühgeborene mit einem Geburtsgewicht zwischen 500 und 1000 g bei der Operation zur Ductusligatur.
