Zusammenfassung
Vasodilatatoren werden beim Neugeborenen und jungen Säugling hauptsächlich aus zwei Gründen eingesetzt:
-
1)
Zur Dilatation des Ductus arteriosus Botalli bei ductusabhängigem angeborenen Herzfehler und
-
2)
zur Senkung des Pulmonalgefäßwiderstands im Rahmen einer persistierenden pulmonalen Hypertension oder einer angeborenen Zwerchfellhernie.
