Zusammenfassung
Zur Weheninduktion und Zervixreifung haben sich in der Geburtshilfe lokale PGE2-Präparationen etabliert. Die Methode wird jedoch wegen der entfallenen Möglichkeit der Wirkstoffsteuerung mancherorts kritisiert. Darüber hinaus wurde von erhöhter Azidoseraten berichtet.
