Zusammenfassung

Tumoren des paratestikulären Gewebes sowie des Samenstrangs sind selten, meist handelt es sich um mesenchymale Tumoren. Zu den benignen Tumoren gehören die Lipome, Fibrome, Myome, Angiome, Teratome und Dermoidzysten. Sarkome sind sehr selten, ebenso wie metastatische Absiedelungen von Karzinomen. Ebenfalls sehr selten sind maligne Mesotheliome, die ihren Ursprung von der Tunica vaginalis testis als Ausstülpung des Peritoneums nehmen.
