Zusammenfassung

Die Nahtinsuffizienz nach Gastrektomie ist eine der Hauptursachen für die hohe Morbidität und Letalität dieser Operation. Während die Frühinsuffizienz meist auf ein technisches Versagen zurückzuführen ist, führen lokale Durchblutungsstörungen und Veränderungen der “Wundbiologie” zur Spätinsuffizienz. Ein Faktor der Wundbiologie ist die bakterielle Kontamination der Anastomose.
