Zusammenfassung
Bei ausgewählten Patienten scheinen Zweitresektionen an der Leber beim Rezidiv eines primären Leberzellcarcinoms oder eines metastatischen Lebertumors sinnvoll zu sein (Bona; Huguet 1988; Starzl 1988). Dabei kommen auch ausgedehnte Leberresektionen zur Anwendung (Bona; Huguet 1988). Der Einsatz von anatomiegerechten Techniken bei Zweitresektionen, an der nach der Erstresektion hypertrophierten Restleber, setzt die Kenntnis der Gefäßanatomie in der Restleber voraus.
