Zusammenfassung

Der Schmerz bei Kindern war 1987 in Hamburg zum erstenmal Hauptthema eines internationalen Schmerzkongresses (Dubner et al. 1988). Auch neuere Veröffentlichungen zeigen, daß dieses lange vernachlässigte Gebiet (Jeans 1983) zur Zeit neu bewertet wird (McGrath u. Unruh 1987; Meier 1987; Pothmann 1988a, b; Ross u. Ross 1988).
