Abstract

If we date the beginning of psychopharmacology in the early 1950s with the discovery of the antipsychotic drugs, the CINP meeting in 1970 was held in Prague at just about the half-way mark of the time that has elapsed in neuropsychopharmacological history until today. Where were we then and where are we today?
