Abstract
The 13th CINP Congress was held at the Binyavei Ha’ooma Convention Center and the Jerusalem Hilton Hotel from June 20 to 25,1982 under the aegis of: The Israel Society of Physiology and Pharmacology, the Israel Psychiatric Association, the Israel Neurological Association, the Israel Center of Psychobiology, the Yaacov Herzog Department of Psychiatric Research and the Jerusalem Mental Health Center - Ezrath Nashim. The Organizing Committee of the Congress was chaired by R. H. Belmaker (Israel) and the Finance Committee by M. Lader (U.K.). The 13th CINP Congress was attended by 2028 active participants, representing 35 countries. A total of 440 oral communications and 479 posters were discussed. The large number of oral presentations were distributed over nearly 40 sessions, each grouping about 10 to 12 contributions to the main subject.
