Abstract

We can consider two types of structural changes in industries. The first one is the alternation of modern industries that developed rapidly at some special period and guided the future of economic development. The second type is alternation of major industries occupying the main shares of the working population and industrial production. Metaphorically speaking the first type might be seen as a sensitive barometer of the future and the second reflects the present weather.
