Abstract
In all that follows, the Euler independent variables will be used, i.e., the time t and the position vector r, whose origin is at the center of the earth and which is directed towards the exterior following the radii of the globe. Let u(t,r) be the velocity vector of a fluid particle in a moving frame which is generally characterized by the vector v0 of its origin and the vector Ω of angular velocity of rotation.
