Zusammenfassung

Multiple behandlungsbedürftige Hauttumoren gehören im wesentlichen drei Hauptgruppen an: Systemkrankheiten mit primär multiplen Geschwülsten, successiv multipel auf dem Boden gleicher Vorschädigung entstehende und disseminiert cutan-epidermotrop metastasierende Geschwülste. Bei allen diesen Gruppen muß im Unterschied zu solitären Tumoren die Möglichkeit unmittelbar benachbarter Neumanifestationen bei der Therapie berücksichtigt werden. Dadurch bekommt die Früherkennung neuer Läsionen besondere Bedeutung, und Exzision und Strahlentherapie rücken in der Behandlung an die zweite Stelle hinter die speziell bei Frühbefunden einsetzbaren Verfahren, wie topische Cytostatica und nekrotisierende Mittel, Laserkoagulation und Elektrokaustik oder Kryochirurgie. Oft führt erst die Kombination verschiedener Verfahren zu bestmöglichen Ergebnissen.
