Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Diagnosis of Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head: Preliminary Data
The management of nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head remains unsatisfactory. Early diagnosis, evaluation of the evolution and of the efficacy of the different therapeutic procedures are still difficult because of the lack of techniques able to show, follow, and quantify the process of necrosis.
