Abstract

Although one is always tempted, at the end of an interesting meeting such as this has been, to provide some “lesions to take home,” I shall not succumb. Rather, I will try to stimulate a discussion from which we can all benefit by summarizing in general terms some of the key problems and questions that are currently quite apparent in cancer diagnosis and therapy.
