Zusammenfassung

Die Häufigkeit der Thrombozytopenie wird bei den an dem Vollbild AIDS erkrankten Homosexuellen von Weller (1986) und Castella et al. (1985) mit 30% angegeben (Tabelle 1). Bei dem ARC der Homosexuellen soll sie etwas seltener, in 8%, auftreten. 34 Prozent der an AIDS bzw. ARC erkrankten Kinder leiden nach Oleske (1986) daran.
