Zusammenfassung
Das Elektrokardiogramm mit 12 Ableitungen in Ruhe ist ein diagnostisches Verfahren, um einen Zustand zu dokumentieren, nicht ein dynamisches Geschehen. Deshalb hat das Ruhe-EKG auch seine Bedeutung nicht in der Darstellung vorübergehender Ischämiezustände mit und ohne Belastung, diese sind die Domäne der Belastungs-EKG-Diagnostik und der Langzeit-EKG- Diagnostik. Das Ruhe-EKG kann hingegen einen Sonderfall der stummen Ischämie dokumentieren, den stumm eingetretenen Myokardinfarkt (Abb. 3.1).
