• 3. One must be aware that fibrosis of the perivascular and vascular tissues can be caused by polychemotherapy.

• 4. The importance of operative exposure of the retroperitoneum should be realized.

• 5. One must know the oncologically correct and vasoprotective en bloc dissection.
