Data, Expert Knowledge and Decisions

Summary

This paper discusses a knowledge based media planning system that we are developing. The system is designed to operate at a number of levels. The operation of the system at the decision support level is presented along with a discussion of how knowledge will be added to the system so it will operate as an expert system.
