Zusammenfassung

15-Deoxyspergualin (DSG) ist ein Guanidinderivat und entsteht als Stoffwechselprodukt von Bacillus laterosporus. In ersten allogenen Transplantationsmodellen beim Kleintier wurde eine dosisabhängige immunsuppressive Wirkung gefunden (1, 2).
