Zusammenfassung
Der trophische Einfluß von Gastrin auf die Schleimhaut des Dickdarms ist bekannt, nicht gesichert ist aber seine wachstumsproliferierende Wirkung auf Coloncarcinome. Im Tierversuch fördert Pentagastrin (PG) das Wachstum carcinogen induzierter Dickdarmcarcinome (1) . Widersprüchliche Ergebnisse liegen über die Gastrinsensibilität humaner Coloncarcinome in der Zellkultur und nach Transplantation auf die Nacktmaus vor (2–4) . Die Wirkung des Gastrinreceptorantagonisten Proglumid (Prgl) auf menschliche Dickdarmcarcinome wurde bisher nicht untersucht. In dieser Arbeit wurde der Einfluß von PG und Prgl auf das Wachstum humaner Coloncarcinome in der Zellkultur und im Nacktmausmodell untersucht.
