Zusammenfassung

Zahlreiche Autoren haben seit 1964 beschrieben, daß es bei Patienten mit Sjögren-Syndrom ein erhöhtes Risiko bei der Entwicklung von malignen Lymphomen gibt [1, 4, 5, 10]. Seifert und Geiler [8] fanden beim Sjögren-Syndrom eine typisch histomorphologische Trias (Abb.1):

    Eine Atrophie des Drüsenparenchyms

  2. 2.

    Eine interstitielle herdförmige lymphozytäre Infiltration und

  3. 3.

    myoepitheliale Proliferate.
