Abstract

The aim of the present work was to study the influence of 3 culture parameters: HPD incubation time, temperature during incubation or treatment laser dose fractionation to optimise L 1210 cell cytotoxicity, to verify whether selectivity existed or not for our model of in vitro PDT.
