Zusammenfassung
In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll mit Hilfe eines einfachen makroökonomischen Modells untersucht werden, welcher Kausalitätszusammenhang zwischen Export und der Förderung innovativer Technik in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland als einem exportabhängigen Industrieland besteht. Zu diesem Zweck werden statistische Verfahren verwendet, welche auf der Arbeit von Granger aufbauen. Die Ergebnisse reagieren sehr sensitiv auf die verwendeten Lagstrukturen. Obwohl in manchen Fällen auf eine wechselseitige Kausalität geschlossen werden kann, geht die Kausalitätsrichtung in der Regel von der Innovationsförderung zum Export.
