Zusammenfassung
Es gibt zahlreiche und chemisch sehr verschiedenartige antirheumatisch wirksame Medikamente. Meist handelt es sich dabei um biologisch sehr aktive Substanzen, die infolgedessen auch zahlreiche unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen hervorrufen.
