Rheumatologische Befunde bei seronegativen Spondarthritiden

Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff der sog. seronegativen Spondarthritiden wird seit Wright und Moll [36] eine Gruppe verwandter Erkrankungen zusammengefaßt (Tabelle 1), die in der deutschen Literatur [18] — ausgehend von der ankylosierenden Spondylitis (sog. Bechterewsche Krankheit, Sp. a.) — als „typische Sp. a. und atypische Sp. a.“bezeichnet und längst als zusammengehörig erkannt worden waren. Ätiopathogenetisch ist ihnen die genetisch bevorzugte Lenkung durch den Marker HLA-B27 gemeinsam („HLA-B27-assoziiertes Sp.a.-Syndrom“); und die klinischen Gemeinsamkeiten sind in der Tabelle 2 zusammengefaßt [12].
