Zusammenfassung

Sensibilisierungen der Atemwege gegen Schimmelpilzallergen sind im Kindesalter selten. Verglichen mit anderen Allergenen wie Pollen oder Hausstaubmilben ist die Diagnose häufig schwer zu stellen. Dies beruht hauptsächlich auf dem Fehlen von Allergenextrakten mit guter Sensitivität und Spezifität zur Anwendung in der In-vitro- und In-vivo-Diagnostik (Aas et al. 1980; Salvaggio u. Aukrust 1981; Schumacher u. May 1972; Yunginger et al. 1976). Deshalb wurde versucht, gereinigte und standardisierte Testextrakte herzustellen. Die Überlegenheit dieser Extrakte konnte im Prick-test und im Radioallergosorbent-Test demonstriert werden (Aas et al. 1980; Hoffman 1981; Mailing 1985; Mailing et al. 1985). Ziel dieser Studie war es, die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten von teilweise gereinigten und standardisierten lyophilisierten Extrakten von Alternaria und Cladosporium in der In-vitro-Allergiediagnostik zu untersuchen.
