Zusammenfassung

Die Sonographie wird bei Weichteilverletzungen zur Diagnosesicherung hauptsächlich am Schultergelenk, Kniegelenk, Achillessehne und an der quergestreiften Muskulatur eingesetzt. Am Schultergelenk können damit die oft unklaren Periarthropathien anatomisch abgrenzbaren Erkrankungen zugeordnet werden. Am Kniegelenk ist die Beurteilung der Weichteilsituation gut möglich, an der Achillessehne sind neben der Ruptur chronische Reizzustände auszumachen. Bei Muskelverletzungen sind einmal Hämatome und größere Defekte erkennbar, zum anderen Verlaufsbeobachtungen durchführbar.
