Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zur chronischen Dissektion der Aorta, die meist mit einer Dilatation des Aortenanulus und der Aorta ascendens sowie Aortenklappeninsuffizienz einhergeht und daher vorzugsweise durch Implantation einer klappentragenden Gefäßprothese behandelt wird, sind bei akuter Dissektion mit normalkalibrigen Gefaßverhältnissen zumeist rekonstruktive Verfahren möglich.
