Zusammenfassung
Zum Nachweis von Infekten stellt die Szintigraphie mit radioaktiv markierten autologen Leukozyten eine etablierte Methode dar. Hierbei ist jedoch die Separierung sogenannter Granulozytenfraktionen aus dem Vollblut von Patienten schwierig und zeitraubend und nur in spezialisierten Laboratorien möglich. Die Durchführung eines Vitalitätstestes stellt eine zusätzliche Restriktion dar.
