Lebensbedrohliche ventrikuläre Herzrhythmusstörungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Prognose von Patienten mit ventrikulären Tachykardien nach Myokardinfarkt ist bekanntlich aus folgenden Gründen ungünstig: 1. wegen der fortschreitenden koronaren Herzerkrankung, 2. wegen des Verlustes an kontraktilem Myokard und 3. wegen des erhöhten Risikos zum plötzlichen Herztod (16, 17, 21).
