Zusammenfassung

Bei den Zystinurikern stellt die seit der Geburt stark erhöhte Harnausscheidung von schwer löslichem Zystin einen bedeutsamen Risikofaktor der Harnsteinbildung dar. Urolithiasis und ihre Komplikationen sind die meisten klinisch belangreichen Folgen dieser metabolischen Störung.
