Zusammenfassung

Vor der Einführung der Sonographie wurde die Amniozentese blind, d.h. nach dem palpatorischen Eindruck der Lage des Feten durchgeführt. Heutzutage sollten Amniozentesen nur unter sonographischer Kontrolle ausgeführt werden.
