Zusammenfassung

Instabile Angina pectoris stellt eine Form der koronaren Herzerkrankung dar, welche in ihrem Schweregrad zwischen der chronischen, stabilen Angina pectoris und des akuten Myokardinfarktes liegt. Diese Krankheit ist auch unter verschiedenen Synonymen wie „drohender Herzinfarkt“, „akute Koronarinsuffizienz“, „intermediäres Syndrom“, „Präinfarktangina“ oder „Status anginosus“ bekannt (1). Das klinische Syndrom der instabilen Angina pectoris umfaßt eigentlich drei verschiedene Erkrankungen mit gemeinsamem Nenner der passageren EKG-Veränderungen ohne elektrokardiographischen oder enzymatischen Nachweis der Myokardnekrose

  1. 1.

    neu aufgetretene Angina pectoris,

  2. 2.

    Veränderung im Charakter der bestehenden Angina pectoris,

  3. 3.

    protrahierte Angina pectoris (klinisch von einem Infarkt nicht zu unterscheiden).
