Zusammenfassung
Die operative Entfernung eines Nierenbeckenkelchausgußsteins an der freigelegten Niere gilt gegenwärtig noch in den meisten Behandlungszentren als Therapie der Wahl in solchen Situationen. Ob eine solche über das ganze Nierenhohlsystem verzweigte Steinbildung auch einmal eine Indikation für eine perkutane Litholapaxie oder gar für die extrakorporale Stoßwellenlithotripsie sein könnte, kann heute noch nicht gesagt werden.
