Beurteilung von Therapie-Effekten mittels thermographischer Diagnostik

Zusammenfassung

In der Rheumatologie stellt die Messung der Oberflächentemperatur ein relativ neues diagnostisches Verfahren dar, sieht man davon ab, daß bereits Hippokrates (400 v. Chr.) seine Hand zur Diagnostik von überwärmten Gelenken eingesetzt hat. Die bildhafte Darstellung der Oberflächentemperatur-Verteilung gelingt bei rheumatologischen Fragestellungen wegen der unterschiedlichen Geometrie der Körperoberfläche am besten mittels Infrarot-Thermographie (IRT). Kamera-Systeme der 3. Generation erlauben eine Messung absoluter Temperaturen jedes einzelnen Bildpunktes mit digitaler Abspeicherung und nachfolgender elektronischer Datenverarbeitung. Dadurch werden quantitative Parameter der Temperaturverteilung berechenbar. Diese Parameter können als quantitative Maßzahlen für die Verlaufs- und Therapiekontrolle herangezogen werden.Gefördert mit Mitteln des Bundesministeriums für Forschung und Technologie (BMFT-Projekt 010-ZS 050-ZA/NT/MT294)
