Zusammenfassung

Die Elektrotherapie zur Behandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen umfaßt die R-Zacken gesteuerte Kardioversion, die Elektroschockbehandlung in Form der nicht getriggerten Defibrillation, die Elektrostimulation als getriggerte Einzeloder Serienstimulation bei tachykarden Rhythmusstörungen und die Elektrostimulation mit Bedarfsschaltung bzw. Demandfunktion zur Behandlung von brady-karden Rhythmusstörungen.
