Zusammenfassung

Unabhängig von den nosologischen Faktoren verstehen wir unter dem Begriff „akutes Myokardversagen“ eine binnen Minuten bis Stunden auftretende und die Funktion des Kreislaufes bedrohende Verminderung des Herzzeitvolumens im Sinne eines Pumpversagens.
