Zusammenfassung
Eine parasitäre Infektion der Gallenwege ist im Vergleich zur Befallshäufigkeit anderer Organe ein seltenes Ereignis. Gallengangparasiten i. e. Sinne sind nur die zur Klasse der Trematoden (Saugwürmer) gehörenden Leberegel Fasciola hepatica und F. gigantica, Clonorchis sinensis, Opisthorchis felineus und O. viverrini.
