Zusammenfassung

Trotz verbesserter operativer Techniken und modernem postoperativen Management stellt die Gefäßthrombose weiterhin eine gefürchtete Komplikation bei gefäßrekonstruktiven und plastischchirurgischen Eingriffen dar [1]. Obgleich eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Medikamenten zur Prophylaxe und Therapie mikrovaskulärer Thrombosen zur Verfügung steht ist die Frage des effektivsten Behandlungskonzepts bis heute nicht geklärt. Ziel unserer Studie war zu untersuchen inwieweit durch rHirudin [2] sowohl das Auftreten mikrovaskulärer Thrombosen verhindert als auch die Rekanalisation verschlossener Gefäße begünstigt wird.
