Die Koloproktomukosektomie mit ileoanaler Pouchanlage (IAP) hat sich während der letzten 20 Jahre zu einem etablierten Operationsverfahren entwickelt. Das Indikationsspektrum ist jedoch auf wenige ausgewählte Krankheitsbilder beschränkt geblieben.
